Role Description
The EMEA Sales Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for leading and executing the EMEA sales strategy, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across broadcast, media, and sports segments. Day-to-day tasks include:

The EMEA Sales Director will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams to shape go-to-market plans and deliver market-leading solutions. The role also involves:
- Leading and mentoring regional sales teams
- Representing Appear at industry events
- Providing feedback from the market to support product and commercial innovation
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including managing complex B2B sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM tools.
- Strong Customer Service orientation, with a track record of building long-term customer partnerships and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Proven Team Management skills, including leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals across regions.
- Background in broadcast, media, live production, or related technology sectors is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and translate them into commercial actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
