EMEA Event Specialist
The EMEA Event Specialist is responsible for planning and executing regional sales events across the EMEA region that strengthen customer engagement, support business growth, and enhance brand visibility. In addition to managing event execution, the role contributes to the continuous improvement of event processes, measurement of event effectiveness, and implementation of best practices to maximise impact. This position provides opportunities to lead regional events, collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, and develop expertise in strategic event management.

This position reports to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Management and is part of the EMEA Marketing Team and will be located remotely in the United Kingdom.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Plan and execute regional events.
- Manage event logistics and operations specific to the events.
- Own event budgets, resources, vendor relationships and partner with stakeholders.
- Measure event success and drive portfolio optimization.
- Improve event processes and best practices.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- University (or equivalent) level education, ideally in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in managing events of various sizes, ideally in the B2B sector.
- Very strong project management skills with proven ability of planning, organising, and prioritising multiple complex assignments and projects simultaneously.
- Very good command of English, other languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel for approx. 30% of the working time in Europe
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful events independently.
- Experience with negotiating and managing third party vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills in a cross-cultural environment.
