Job Overview

Hazeltree is seeking a results-driven professional to lead sales and account management for its Data Insights solutions across the EMEA region. This role involves developing new business opportunities, exceeding annual sales targets, and managing relationships with current and future subscribers. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, support strategic initiatives, and represent the division at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to The Global Head of Data Insights Sales
  • Primary responsibility is account managing existing and future Data Insights subscribers in the EMEA Region
  • Responsible, in conjunction with the Global Head of Data Insights Sales for finding and developing leads and sales opportunities for the growing number of Data Insights solutions in the EMEA region
  • Successfully attain and exceed an allocated annual sales quota
  • Liaise with Data Insights division team members to manage renewals, query responses, operational alerts, relationship management issues
  • Represent Hazeltree and the Data Insights solution at approved conferences
  • Work closely with other Company groups to effectively succeed in the role

Qualifications

Experience requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in selling data suite offerings to investment firms
  • In-depth knowledge of the functioning of the Capital Markets eco-system
  • Significant number of contacts in both the buyside and sellside in EMEA
  • Salesforce, Excel and associated software skills

Personal Requirements

  • University degree
  • Second language a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral

  • Partnership Mindset: Passion for building rapport and trust with new client relationships.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial products and investment management dynamics.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with SaaS platforms and eager to deepen knowledge of treasury technology.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Proactiveness: Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and proactively manage multiple client accounts.
  • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized, self-starter with strong time management skills.
