Epoch Biodesign
Epoch Biodesign is a global leader in enzymatic recycling, with a unique ultra-low emission process capable of producing virgin-quality materials from mixed waste streams. Epoch is currently building Europe’s first - and the world’s largest - nylon 66 biorecycling plant.
In July 2026, Epoch acquired a 52,000 tpa nylon 66 polymerisation facility in Blanes, Spain - vertically integrating the company all the way from waste to chip. Crucially, with the Blanes facility, we are now already taking orders and shipping polymer.
To support our goals, we are looking for an experienced sales leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to win new business, grow market share and build lasting customer relationships across the polyamide market within Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The Role
This is a highly visible commercial leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing Epoch's customer portfolio, closing new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships across the polyamide value chain.
This is a rare opportunity to combine deep polymer industry expertise with one of the most exciting sustainability and advanced materials platforms in the world.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth

- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, supply agreements and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics and emerging opportunities.
- Represent Epoch at industry conferences, trade events and customer meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
