About Parloa
Parloa's mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience, one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over one billion interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer, and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale.
About the role
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive global adoption of Parloa's AI agents by CX teams and contact centers, owning the positioning, launches, and sales enablement that bring our AI Agent Management Platform (Parloa AMP) to market. You will set how Parloa differentiates itself in a noisy AI agent market, translate our product roadmap into a story customers care about, and give sales the material they need to win. This is your opportunity to define the category narrative for enterprise AI agents at the exact moment the market is being formed.
Areas of ownership
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define positioning and messaging for Parloa products, orchestrate product communication plans, and drive cross-functional launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX.
- Product and Roadmap Alignment: Partner with Product and Engineering so the roadmap ladders up to the company narrative and GTM plan, and keep prospects, partners, and customers informed at every step.
- Sales Enablement: Sharpen how Sales positions the platform through customer use cases, proof points, collateral, training sessions, and competitive differentiators built with our Enablement and Competitive Intelligence teams.
- Market Awareness and Thought Leadership: Source content ideas, shape outlines, create and review content, and speak on webinars alongside our Content team, Evangelists, CX team, and executives.
- Competitive Differentiation: Establish a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition, then turn that insight into positioning that separates Parloa from the field.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

At Parloa, ownership isn't a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that's evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.
