EMEA Service Director

Pacific International has been retained by a global technology company operating across advanced manufacturing, semiconductor technologies, industrial instrumentation, sensor technology, and precision engineering to appoint an EMEA Service Director.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced service executive to lead and transform the regional aftermarket and service organization across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the EMEA service strategy
  • Lead multi-country service teams across key European markets
  • Drive service revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention
  • Improve service operations, field performance, and customer experience
  • Develop a high-performing service culture and leadership team
  • Partner closely with commercial teams to expand aftermarket opportunities

Required Background

  • Experience leading service organizations across multiple European countries
  • Strong aftermarket and recurring revenue expertise
  • A track record of service transformation and operational improvement
  • Service P&L ownership
  • Experience leading field service and customer support organizations
  • Strong customer-facing and commercial leadership skills
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Professional proficiency in a second European language is highly preferred
  • Experience working across diverse European cultures and business environments is strongly valued
