Mission

Reporting to the Senior Manager, EMEA Programmes & Campaigns, the Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager, Executive Audiences will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programmes designed to engage senior executive audiences, accelerate pipeline growth, market expansion, and account penetration across EMEA's most strategic accounts. This role is critical to scaling Databricks' growth in strategic industries and will oversee the planning, coordination, and tracking of EMEA-wide marketing initiatives across a variety of channels and tactics.

As part of the EMEA Marketing Campaigns team, you will own the Executive audience strategy and journey across the region. You will collaborate closely with EMEA Sales leadership, regional field marketing, global demand generation, Executive and industry product marketing, digital, marketing operations, customer marketing, partners, sales, and other teams to shape and deliver cohesive, impactful programmes, experiences, and go-to-market motions that resonate with C-level audiences.

Your responsibilities will include driving key marketing programmes, ensuring alignment and consistency across the region, and developing scalable tools and frameworks to enhance EMEA Marketing efforts.

What you will do:

  • Build and execute the EMEA executive audience strategy, aligned to EMEA pipeline and revenue goals, adapting global campaigns and programmes to EMEA priorities and driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts.
  • Design end-to-end Executive journeys across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with global marketing, customer marketing, paid digital, partners, and other cross-functional teams, to connect the right content, experiences, and touchpoints to build relationships, accelerate opportunities, and support expansion, across technology and business executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, CMOs, and CFOs.
  • Coordinate and scale high-impact executive programmes, including Executive Forums, CIO Forums, executive roundtables, briefings, thought leadership content, and other high-touch experiences, leveraging customers and partners to strengthen credibility and engagement.
  • Partner closely with EMEA Sales and regional marketing teams to identify priority accounts and executives, and align executive engagement with account strategies and active sales cycles.
  • Measure, monitor, and optimise performance and business impact, using campaign, executive engagement, and sales funnel data to identify opportunities, address coverage gaps, and continuously improve programmes.
  • Build scalable frameworks and best practices that enable regional teams to activate executive marketing across markets, ensuring consistency and quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
