Overview

Corient’s Talent Acquisition Team is in a create/build/scale mode as we also execute on ambitious hiring plans. It is an environment which is fast paced, challenging, and rewarding. We’re currently seeking an EMEA Talent Acquisition specialist to manage recruitment across business divisions, partnering with senior stakeholders to attract, assess and hire high-calibre talent.

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering ambitious growth plans across EMEA, building talent pipelines and elevating recruitment capability across the region. You will work closely with senior business leaders, influence hiring strategy and help build a best-in-class talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for strategic, specialist and leadership hires.
  • Working closely with Global Early Careers Lead help drive the EMEA Summer Internship programme.
  • Act as deputy to the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA to design, build and scale a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function that supports Corient's continued growth ambitions.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner on recruitment processes, operating models, workforce planning and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Build talent pipelines and conduct market mapping across key markets.
  • Drive direct sourcing initiatives and reduce dependency on agencies.
  • Manage executive search partners where required.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen the Corient employer brand.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights and recruitment analytics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements as the function scales.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in-house recruitment experience within financial services, wealth management, asset management, investment banking or professional services with experience in Wealth Management, Family Office or Investments a strong preference.
  • Track record of hiring across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Advanced sourcing and talent mapping capability.
  • Ability to operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on.
  • Experience within a growth, transformation or build-out environment highly desirable.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday is an advantage.
