We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to step into a critical leadership role.   • Act as a trusted coach and strategic advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters, organizational design, and team development initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning and successful delivery of cyclical talent programs, including performance reviews and employee relations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Centers of Excellence to roll out impactful employee experience and workplace initiatives.
  • Champion and implement diversity and belonging programs across various regions, ensuring global diversity agendas are effectively localized.
  • Provide critical regional insights to global people teams, actively shaping the overarching worldwide talent agenda and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Possess deep, progressive experience across core HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Change Management.
  • Demonstrate exceptional collaboration skills with a proven track record of influencing managers and leaders within fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to advise leaders on sensitive, complex organizational matters with discretion and expertise.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies, demonstrating a global mindset.
