This fast-paced, results-driven role offers an opportunity for a professional with expertise in third-party service provider management, employment law compliance, and commercial negotiation to lead TSP operations across the EMEA region.

Collaborating closely with Client-facing Business leaders, Legal, Procurement, Strategic Finance & Analysis, Compliance, Data Privacy, and operational teams, you will balance compliance requirements with business needs while managing complex priorities in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Provide legal and commercial advice on deemed employment risk across multiple locations; escalate complex cases to internal Legal counsel.
  • Identify contracts requiring Procurement review (e.g., vendor agreements, large entities).
  • Obtain necessary approvals for all TSP engagements within delegated authorities.
  • Oversee background checks, coordinating with Country People Operations teams; resolve any flags.
  • Draft and negotiate NDAs and TSP contracts; arrange contract execution and maintain records in Ironclad.
  • Set up TSPs on Oracle for time recording and administrative purposes.
  • Ensure complete onboarding packs (compliance policies, time recording, invoicing).
  • Handle contract amendments, extensions, and Statements of Work for existing MSAs and contractors.
  • Track bill/pay rates, cost markups, and approvals; manage non-standard markup processes.
  • Resolve invoicing queries, expense issues, and payment processing.
  • Liaise with IT on systems, equipment, and access requirements for TSPs.
  • Manage relationships with external staffing partners (e.g., Danbro) and all independent contractors.
  • Track contract start/expiry dates for Senior Advisors; schedule renewals and maintain records.
  • Coordinate and distribute Chapter 11 bankruptcy lists monthly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
