We’re looking for a dynamic leader to shape and deliver Costa’s brand equity and communications strategy across EMENA, bringing our global platform to life through emotionally compelling, commercially impactful campaigns. This role will ensure our brand shows up with consistency, creativity, and cultural relevance across both Retail and Away From Home channels, inspiring markets and deepening brand love. You’ll empower local teams with the tools, storytelling, and capabilities they need to execute brilliantly and drive meaningful growth.

What you’ll do
Being a Senior Brand & Equity Manager for EMENA is about more than delivering campaigns, it’s about shaping how Costa shows up across diverse, fast-evolving markets. You will:
- Lead EMENA brand deployment and localisation: define and drive a culturally relevant brand approach that builds awareness, relevance, and long-term brand love across Retail and Away From Home.
- Create standout campaigns: develop bold, channel-ready campaigns and toolkits that partners can activate with impact across markets.
- Connect brand, product & experience: bring coffee credentials, menu innovation, and the global positioning to life in ways that resonate locally.
- Drive performance and learning: use insights, data, and market feedback to continuously improve creative effectiveness and campaign impact.
- Enable and influence markets: work closely with franchise partners and bottlers marketing teams to guide execution and elevate how Costa shows up on the ground.
- Inspire and develop teams: Lead and coach a high-performing team while building brand capability across the region.

Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
- Strategic brand builder: Strong experience shaping brand strategy and campaigns across multiple markets, ideally in FMCG, QSR, or retail.
- Creative and storytelling leader: Able to translate insights into distinctive ideas and guide agencies to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
- Globally fluent: Comfortable operating across cultures, markets, and ways of working, influencing without direct control.
- Commercially minded: Understands how brand drives growth, connecting communications, product, and customer experience.
- Collaborative and People-focused leader: Builds strong relationships across teams, and thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Location - Where you’ll work:
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
