Job Opportunity
This will be an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment that wants to have a positive impact on the care we deliver to our patients when they need it most. The successful candidates will be pivotal in assisting the trust in increasing its profile and achieve the current national performance target and will become knowledgeable in operational flow and management.
Responsibilities
Candidates should ideally have experience of working in an NHS environment and be aware of performance targets in Emergency Care. They should demonstrate good communication and engagement skills and be able to work with a variety of clinical IT systems (after training).

The successful candidates will work a full shift rotation pattern and will be responsible for supporting the nurse in charge in ensuring the flow of patients through the Emergency Department (ED) ensuring that targets and national standards are kept at an optimum and the national targets are met.
