Emergency Medicine Nurse | Cayman Islands | Tax Free Salary | Relocation Package
Are you an adaptable, high-performing Emergency Medicine Nurse ready to make an impact in a world-class, multispecialty hospital?
A highly prestigious private hospital in the Cayman Islands is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (Emergency Medicine) to join the dynamic clinical team.
What You’ll Do
- Rapid Triage & Assessment: Perform quick, accurate triage assessments using CTAS (or equivalent systems) to prioritize patient care effectively.
- Resuscitation & Trauma Care: Deliver high-acuity emergency care, initiate standing orders, assist with trauma interventions, and manage patient stabilization.
- Patient Advocacy & Monitoring: Maintain continuous oversight of waiting areas, recognize early signs of clinical deterioration, and escalate critical changes promptly.
- Advanced Equipment Handling: Confidently operate cardiac monitors, high-flow oxygen systems, CPAP, ventilators, infusion drivers, and emergency resuscitation gear.
- Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and billing teams to deliver seamless care and accurate CPT service ordering.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: GNM, BSN, or MSN from an accredited nursing institution.
- Licensure: Valid RN License required for eligibility for local registration.
- Certifications: Active BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a fast-paced Emergency Department or multispecialty hospital setting.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Hospital Information Systems / EHRs (ATHMA or equivalent).
