Emergency Response Controller (Shift Work) HF1359323
Location: Epsom
Salary: £28,000 + performance bonus
Additional Earnings: Up to £3,000 bonus
When someone needs urgent assistance, your decisions matter. This role places you at the heart of a 24/7 response operation where calm thinking, prioritisation, and communication are critical.
What You'll Do
- Assess incoming emergency cases
- Prioritise response requirements
- Coordinate engineers and field teams
- Manage incident escalation routes
- Update stakeholders
- Maintain accurate logs
