Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

Position Overview

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Emerging Talent Programme & Operations Specialist to support the delivery and day-to-day running of our UK Graduate, Internship and Apprenticeship programs.

In this role, you will be the operational engine behind our early-career cohorts. You will help deliver onboarding bootcamps, track cohort development milestones, and facilitate rotation transitions, while directly managing high-volume interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and early-career employees alike.

What you'll do

Programme Delivery & Cohort Support (approx. 60%)

  • Help run the day-to-day lifecycle for New Grad and Rotational cohorts, tracking progress from offer acceptance through onboarding, rotational assignments, and final team placements
  • Workshop & Event Facilitation: Coordinate and assist in delivering cohort-building activities, technical workshops, learning sessions, and mentorship check-ins
  • Participant Support: Act as an accessible, trusted point of contact for programme participants, answering queries, monitoring engagement, and escalating issues to team leads when necessary
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain programme dashboards and trackers (e.g., in Airtable, Excel, or Tableau) to monitor participant feedback, rotation milestones, and conversion metrics
  • Process Documentation: Maintain up-to-date programme guides, rotation playbooks, FAQs, and onboarding toolkits to ensure consistency as the programme grows

Recruitment & Programme Coordination (approx. 40%)

  • Interview Scheduling: Own the end-to-end scheduling of multi-stage interviews, assessment panels, and debrief sessions, partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
  • Onboarding & Operations Logistics: Coordinate logistical touchpoints for new cohorts, including start-date scheduling, IT/equipment requests, security clearance administrative checks, and welcome packs
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a responsive, professional, and welcoming experience for all candidates throughout the interview and selection process
  • Data & Systems Maintenance: Ensure ATS records (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and shared calendars are meticulously maintained and kept up to date

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
