About the Charity

Our client is a dynamic, passionate charity, committed to improving the lives of children across the UK. They currently run over 100 local services that help thousands of young people who desperately need support, as well as campaigning to change laws and policies to make children’s lives both happier and safer. They are now looking to recruit a Service Manager to oversee their Safe Zones Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service in Greater Manchester.

About the Role

Safe Zones provides short-term step-down crisis support to young people experiencing mental health crises, offering a safe and supportive environment. As Service Manager you will lead and coordinate the delivery of mental health early help services across Greater Manchester, ensuring all aspects of service delivery for children and young people are delivered safely, effectively and to a consistently high standard in line with contractual requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
