Employability and Partnership Coordinator
We are now looking to recruit an Employability and Partnership Coordinator to join us at Tameside College!

Responsibilities
- Joining the Central Support and Enrichment Team you will be responsible for developing and securing a wide range of work related activities to support learners and enhance their employability skills.
- Working in partnership with a range of employers and with curriculum departments to deliver an outstanding professional employability service.
Requirements
- Proven track record of involvement in employer/business links and of working with young people to prepare them for working life.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to source and develop links between FE sector and business.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and ideally have knowledge of the employment sectors within the local area.
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and motivation
- Minimum of a level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, with an IT qualification or equivalent experience.
- GCSE in English and mathematics minimum grade C or equivalent.
- Administrative support and should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
