Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employability Coordinator to join our Employability team at Carshalton and Merton Colleges!

Responsibilities

As Employability Coordinator, you will:

  • Build on our existing external employer partnerships
  • Build new employer partnerships
  • Oversee the monitoring and organisation of Work Placements and Employability activities for our full-time learners

Working with the Head of Employability, you will ensure all our Study Programme/T-Level learners gain meaningful work experience/industry placements, adhere to health and safety policies and practices and monitor and record work experience/placements on college systems.

  • Able to work well under pressure and to agreed deadlines

Ideally, you will hold a degree or relevant professional qualifications in an appropriate subject and be active and experienced in generating employer links across a wide range of industries.
