Role Overview

This role is based in Worcestershire, with travel across this region. Working Pattern: Minimum of 35 hours per week - Peripatetic travelling across Worcestershire to meet the needs of the caseload. Interview Date: To be confirmed.

Are you passionate about transforming the lives of individuals who face complex barriers to employment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Employability Practitioner to develop and grow our relationships in the Worcestershire area, to assist and empower participants by equipping them with the necessary tools and motivation to move closer to sustainable employment.

The Salvation Army's Employment Plus service offers support to help people become job-ready. Our goal is to assist job seekers in obtaining and maintaining employment. Operating at the heart of communities in more than 650 locations across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, we work alongside job-seekers to understand their needs and goals, and tailor our service accordingly.
