🚀 Employability Trainer | Nottingham & East Midlands
Full-time | Nottingham-based with travel across the East Midlands
We’re looking for an Employability Trainer to join an established and growing training organisation, supporting adults and young people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals and improve their career prospects.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll deliver engaging and inclusive training covering areas such as:
- Employability and work-readiness skills, including CVs and job searching
- Customer service
- Basic English, Maths and Digital skills
- Health & Safety, including within construction environments
- One-to-one coaching and group sessions
- Remote and classroom-based learning

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has recent, relevant experience delivering employability training
- Can facilitate English and Maths up to Level 2
- Has an assessor qualification
- Holds English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or above
- Has experience supporting mixed-ability adults and young people
- Is confident managing challenging or disengaged learners and creating a positive learning environment
- Can plan engaging lessons and adapt delivery to individual learner needs
- Is organised, flexible and able to manage a diverse caseload
- Has good Microsoft Office skills
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to their own transport

A recognised teaching qualification at Level 3+, IQA qualification, experience of digital delivery, or experience delivering construction health and safety would be an advantage.
