About the Role
As an Employability Tutor, you'll deliver engaging short courses designed to help unemployed adults develop the skills, resilience and confidence needed to secure employment or progress into further learning and apprenticeships.
You'll work with learners from a diverse range of backgrounds, many of whom may face barriers to employment, helping them build practical workplace skills and achieve recognised qualifications.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people, motivating others and seeing learners progress towards life-changing outcomes.
