Got the contacts to work as a property broker but want a guaranteed salary? This is your chance... Location: Central London Contract Type: Employed Property Broker

This is the next phase of estate agency in London but with a guaranteed salary. Brokerage type positions are taking the market by storm, but there are very few offering you guaranteed salaries to work these roles. This is a business looking to hire up to 10 brokers over the next 3 months, with the desire to interview and offer asap.

About the Role

As an employed broker, you will operate both independently while also reaping the benefit of being a part of a large team of brokers. You'll be benefiting from full marketing, operational, and administrative support. This role gives you complete control over your working hours and earning potential, with unlimited commission opportunities across sales, lettings, and investment property. Most importantly, you'll be doing all of this while earning a guaranteed salary!

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and manage high-end residential properties across London
  • Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Conduct viewings, valuations, and market appraisals with professionalism and confidence
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns for property listings
  • Negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Maintain knowledge of local market trends and pricing

Earning Potential

As this is an employed role, earnings are commission-based and uncapped. Successful brokers regularly achieve north of a six-figure annual income.
