Job Title: Employed Financial Adviser – Qualified Leads Provided

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne (office-based with some client travel)

About Us

Gameplan Wealth is a growing wealth management firm specialising in supporting business owners and entrepreneurs with their pensions, protection, and financial planning. Founded by former professional athletes and experienced financial experts, we’re building a business designed for advisers who want to spend more time advising — not prospecting.

The Opportunity

We’re offering a rare employed role for a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser (ideally CAS). Unlike most positions, you won’t be left to generate all your own clients:

  • You’ll have qualified new appointments provided directly into your diary every week by our call centre team.
  • On top of that, you’ll inherit a core client bank of business owners and entrepreneurs to manage and grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
