Employed Financial Advisor

Location: London (Hybrid - three days in the office)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Department: Private Wealth Advisory

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Financial Adviser to join a high-performing private wealth advisory team.

You will be provided with an established portfolio of high-net-worth clients from day one, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional advice, developing long-term relationships and growing your client book.

With dedicated paraplanning, administration and marketing support, this role offers an excellent environment in which to develop your career and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic financial advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and institutions.
  • Manage, retain and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies covering pensions, investments, estate planning, tax optimisation and risk management.
  • Grow your client book through referrals, professional networking and high-quality in-house leads.
  • Collaborate with paraplanning, administration, marketing and business development teams.
  • Remain informed about market trends, regulatory changes and industry best practices.

About You

  • At least three years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or Wealth Adviser.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • Experience advising high-net-worth clients with complex financial needs.
  • A strong record of delivering excellent client service and positive financial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Level 6 or Chartered Financial Planner status would be advantageous.
