Employee Benefits Administrator
Salary - up to £40,000 plus bonus & benefits
London/ Hybrid
Our client is a wealth management and employee benefits consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering tailored advice to both individual and corporate clients. Their employee benefits team advises across healthcare, group risk, workplace pensions and employee benefits platforms.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Associate to support a team of Consultants in delivering an outstanding service to a portfolio of corporate clients.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Benefits, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that offers genuine career progression and development.
The Role
Working closely with a Consultant, you will help manage a portfolio of corporate clients, supporting the delivery of high-quality service throughout the client lifecycle. This will include day-to-day client management, handling policy queries, supporting renewals and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and insurers.
The successful candidate will have experience across a range of employee benefits products, ideally including healthcare, group risk and workplace pensions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Consultants with the day-to-day management of corporate clients.
- Assist with the renewal and market review (re-broke) process.
- Respond to client and insurer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage Consultant diaries and support client meetings where required.
- Process scheme membership changes, including joiners and leavers.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
- Process client documentation, including Letters of Authority, onboarding documentation and insurer paperwork.
- Support internal projects and client initiatives as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurer partners.
Compliance
- Maintain an understanding of the FCA regulatory framework relevant to the role.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training.
- Ensure internal procedures and regulatory requirements are followed at all times.

- Experience working within an employee benefits consultancy or broker is essential.
- Good knowledge of employee benefits products, ideally across healthcare, group risk and workplace pensions.
- Experience supporting employee benefits renewals and market reviews.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong client service focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- An employee benefits qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
