We're recruiting for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join a well-established, Chartered Independent Financial Planning and Employee Benefits consultancy in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with group risk and healthcare administration experience looking to join a growing, values-driven team.
The Role
- Providing day-to-day administrative support for group risk and healthcare schemes, including new business, renewals, and client/claims queries
- Administering group risk, PMI, and wider employee benefit schemes, including policy documentation and market reviews
- Liaising with insurers and providers to progress client requests
- Coordinating client meetings and follow-up actions
- Producing new business quotations, proposition documents, and reports for consultants
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

- Experience in an administration role within employee benefits
- Knowledge of Group Life and Group Income Protection essential
- Knowledge of Group PMI, Group Critical Illness, Group Dental, Health Cash Plans, or EAPs desirable
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- GR1, IF7, or R01 desirable but not essential
