🚀 We are hiring: Employee Benefits Co-ordinator – Healthcare & Group Risk

Location: Shirley, Solihull (B90 4PD)
Hours: Monday to Friday | No weekends | Hybrid working options

Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in Employee Benefits?

We’re growing our team at Aldermont Group and are looking for an Employee Benefits Co-ordinator to support our Consultants and clients across Healthcare and Group Risk.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in Employee Benefits, Financial Services or a similar Compliance administration role - but just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, reliable, good with people and keen to learn.

đź’Ľ What will you be doing?

You’ll play an important role in keeping our clients’ employee benefit schemes running smoothly. Your day-to-day role will include:

  • Managing changes and amendments to Healthcare and Group Risk schemes
  • Supporting the administration of Group Life, Income Protection and Critical Illness schemes
  • Working with Private Medical Insurance, Dental, Health Cash Plans and EAPs
  • Managing client queries by phone and email and providing a high level of service
  • Supporting Consultants with renewals and market reviews
  • Preparing renewal information, benefits tables and client documentation
  • Liaising directly with insurers and providers to obtain information, quotations and policy documentation
  • Keeping client records, systems and documentation accurate and up to date
  • Chasing outstanding information and making sure things keep moving
  • Helping the wider team improve processes and work more efficiently

You might already be working in:

  • Employee Benefits
  • Group Risk
  • Insurance
  • Financial Services
  • A similar client administration role

Experience in Employee Benefits or Group Risk would be ideal, but it’s not essential.

What matters most to us is that you:

  • Are highly organised and naturally detail-focused
  • Communicate confidently with clients and insurers
  • Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing sight of the detail
  • Take pride in providing great service
  • Are comfortable using Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Are proactive and don't wait to be asked to do everything
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Are keen to develop your knowledge and career
