Who are Azets

About Azets Employee Benefits

Azets Employee Benefits is a dynamic and collaborative consulting business which is dedicated to supporting employers with their recruitment, retention and engagement challenges through the use of benefits. We are cultivating a “one stop shop” approach to benefits, promoting a deeper understanding of our clients needs.

About The Role

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consultation services to clients on their employee benefits packages. You will work closely with employers to design, implement, and manage effective employee benefits programmes that align with their business goals and meet the needs of their employees. Your role will involve conducting research, analysing data, and staying up to date with industry trends to ensure the delivery of innovative and competitive benefits solutions.

Much of the role will involve Client Consultation

  • Engage with employers to understand their business objectives, culture, and employee needs.
  • Analyse any existing benefit programmes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, including plan design, cost management, and compliance.

We also want you to help shape the proposition going forward, as detailed in the key accountabilities, Benefits Programme Design and Implementation

  • Develop tailored employee benefits packages that align with client requirements.
  • Research and present suitable benefits providers, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to effectively implement benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, such as pension auto-enrolment and GDPR.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
