Bartlett Employee Benefits is continuing to grow and we are looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant with a track record of delivering exceptional client service to join its Consulting Team. We have very high client retention, and as a key point of contact for client relationships, we are looking for a new team member who is aligned with our values of client centricity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality and accurate advice to our clients across Workplace Pensions, Group Risk, Healthcare and our Employee Benefits Platform.
- Producing written advice to clients that is relevant, accurate and comprehensive.
- Managing a renewal portfolio ensuring timely completion of benefit renewals with excellent client outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and enhancing service delivery.
- Delivering new business sales in line with agreed annual targets from both existing and new relationships.
- Creating business development plans and identifying strategies to enable the business to meet its targets.
- Supporting and/or leading the development of new propositions to generate increased revenue.
- Identifying and analysing industry trends and developments to establish emerging client needs and business opportunities.
- Playing an active role in activities and initiatives aimed at promoting products and services in the marketplace.
- Providing coaching and mentoring support to colleagues.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience advising across some of the different areas of Employee Benefits e.g. Group Risk, Healthcare, Flexible Benefits and Pensions. Training will be provided for any areas where you have limited or no experience.
- A track record of generating new business sales in an Employee Benefits role would be preferred.
- Committed to self-development and technically minded.
- Excellent knowledge of products and prioritisation of needs and best advice along with a thorough understanding of all regulatory aspects impacting upon this area.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience of discussing fees with clients.
