We’re looking for an engaging, organised, and people-focused Employee Benefits Consultant to join our expanding Client Management team. You’ll work closely with Client Managers at all levels to support and develop a portfolio of existing corporate clients—helping their employees understand and maximise their pension and wider benefits packages.
This role is ideal for someone with strong client-facing experience who wants to build a career in employee benefits, pensions, and financial education.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a smaller portfolio of corporate clients, building strong long-term relationships.
- Deliver 1:1 consultations, group presentations, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide clear and accurate pension and benefits guidance to employees.
- Support with onboarding new clients and delivering corporate engagement projects.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, renewals, and cross-selling into the wider Omny Group.
- Maintain excellent communication both remotely and in-person.
- Assist senior colleagues with client strategies and operational delivery.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups.
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously.
- Educated to A-level standard.
- Willingness to work towards QCF Level 4 qualification.
- Comfortable using MS Teams and delivering client sessions both virtually and in person.
In return we are offering:
- A competitive base salary of £40,000 plus bonus.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
- 35-hour working week Monday – Friday.
- Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day per completed year of service from years 3 to 7, up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.
