Job Title: Employee Benefits Consultant
Location: Southampton/Portsmouth
Salary: Up to £85,000
Hybrid: 3 days office/ 2 days home
We’re looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join a growing team, providing strategic advice and tailored benefits solutions to a diverse client base.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across the UK employee benefits landscape who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to play a key role in shaping and developing the benefits proposition.
The role will involve:
- Consulting with clients to understand their business, culture, and employee needs.
- Designing and implementing tailored employee benefits programmes.
- Advising on areas including pensions, healthcare, life assurance, and voluntary benefits.
- Researching providers and products and supporting client negotiations.
- Analysing benefits data and providing insight and recommendations.
- Supporting benefits communications, employee workshops, and presentations.
- Ensuring programmes remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Contributing to the development of the wider benefits proposition and thought leadership.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience within employee benefits consulting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the UK benefits market.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and genuine interest in developing innovative benefits solutions.
