Role Overview
To ensure the smooth running of the various employee benefits and group pension schemes for our corporate clients whilst delivering an excellent service.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare group risk and group pension scheme analysis, undertake research of cover and providers, draft reports and product recommendations for presentation to clients and/or reports for sending to clients in conjunction with Compliance
- Support with preparation and submission of pension payment files, ensuring all new joiners, leavers and employee changes are accurately processed and submitted within required deadlines.
- To liaise with clients and insurance companies in respect of general and technical queries, including claims on behalf of clients
- To clearly understand the make-up of all group schemes and the service that you are required to deliver to each client
- Ensure that processes and procedures in place are clearly understood and followed at all times
- Manage your workload ensuring that activities are dealt with within agreed SLA’s and consultants are updated with any delays / progress on cases where appropriate
- Build relationships with consultants and ensure that you provide a good level of service to them to enable the building of good commercial relationships with our clients
- Liaise with Insurance Companies in relation to product updates and launches of new products, ensure that consultants are kept up to date with changes
- Ensuring client records are accurately maintained and kept up to date at all times
- Comply fully with all compliance regulations & requirements as per company processes

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Intermediate Word & Excel skills
- PC Literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous financial services administration experience in the group scheme area
Desirable Requirements
- GR1 – Group Risk
- CF4/R04 & CF1 or CF4/R04 & FA2
