Become the Employee Benefits Specialist in a Growing Brokerage. Are you an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant or Group Risk professional looking for more than just another sales role?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and ambitious insurance brokerage that is investing in the continued growth of its Employee Benefits division. This is a rare opportunity to become the business's dedicated Group Risk specialist, working with an existing network of commercial clients, brokers, and introducers to deliver expert advice across a range of employee protection solutions.
Unlike many opportunities in the market, this isn't about inheriting a struggling portfolio or stepping into management. Instead, you'll play a key role in shaping and developing a growing proposition, supported by an established business with an excellent reputation and a steady flow of opportunities.
If you're looking for greater autonomy, genuine earning potential and the opportunity to become a recognised specialist within a successful brokerage, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll work with SME and corporate clients, providing tailored advice on employee protection and healthcare solutions that support both businesses and their employees. Your product portfolio will include:
- Group Life Assurance
- Group Income Protection
- Group Critical Illness
- Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
Working with a panel of leading insurers, you'll conduct detailed fact-finds, recommend suitable products, and build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
