Interim Employee Experience Advisor

Essex (1-2 days a week onsite and the rest from home)

£300 per day Inside IR35

2-3 months initially

Immediate start

We are looking for an Employee Experience Advisor to support a large Essex based organisation by coordinating and delivering engagement, communications and employee listening activity associated with:

  • Pulse Surveys.
  • Employee voice and feedback mechanisms.
  • Workforce Ambassador networks.
  • Leadership engagement activity.
  • Employee communications campaigns.
  • Employee insight and reporting.

We need someone with:

  • Employee engagement experience within a large organisation.
  • Internal communications and campaign delivery experience.
  • Experience running surveys and employee listening activity.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Workshop and focus group facilitation experience.
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Experience operating within organisational development, HR or people functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and at pace.
