They will support the delivery of a consistent and high-quality employee experience by maintaining high level workplace environment standards, contributing to employee experience insights and improvements and visibly championing all employee experience activities cross the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace (facilities) experience matters within Dublin Airport Central (DAC) building, ensuring a high-quality, consistent and positive employee experience across the workplace environment.
- Coordinate and maintain workplace experience standards, partnering with business stakeholders, service providers and colleagues to identify gaps, implement solutions and drive continuous improvement
- Manage workplace-related suppliers and service partners, ensuring high service standards, value for money and effective delivery of agreed outcomes
- Lead the mapping and continuous improvement of the employee journey across key lifecycle moments, identifying pain points, opportunities and priorities that enhance employee experience and engagement
- Support the delivery and progression of employee experience initiatives, working collaboratively with HR and business stakeholders to enhance key moments across the employee lifecycle.
- Gather, analyse and interpret employee feedback and experience insights to identify trends, opportunities and actions that improve employee engagement and workplace experience.
- Coordinate employee experience activities and cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment and visibility of initiatives across the organisation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee experience initiatives, influencing stakeholders and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and enhance workplace and employee experience

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in a specialist, employee experience, workplace experience, stakeholder engagement or relationship management role.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating projects or initiatives from conception through to delivery
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Experience gathering, interpreting and acting on employee feedback, insights or engagement data
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or service enhancements
- Experience managing supplier and vendor relationships and monitoring service delivery
- Experience supporting employee engagement, employee experience or culture-related initiatives
