Role Overview

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a global organisation, who are looking for an experienced AVP, Employee Engagement Partner to lead the execution and continuous improvement of their employee experience, engagement and inclusion strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for an employee experience, engagement, culture or inclusion professional who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery. Working across HR, senior leadership and specialist functions, you'll turn employee insights into meaningful programmes, strengthen key moments across the employee lifecycle and help shape an inclusive, high-performing culture within a complex global organisation.

Key Requirements

  • 5–7+ years' progressive experience within employee experience, employee engagement, organisational development, culture, DEI, HR or a related field
  • Experience within a global, international or matrixed organisation, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Demonstrable experience leading employee listening programmes, engagement surveys, pulse surveys, action planning or recognition platforms
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn employee feedback and data into practical recommendations and measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across HR, business leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong programme and project management experience, including managing vendors, budgets, communications, governance and competing priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong change leadership capability with the ability to translate strategy into practical, sustainable action
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with the confidence to operate independently within a complex global environment
