About the Role

The Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Programme Manager is accountable for the effective planning, mobilisation and delivery of Haleon’s global wellbeing programmes, including the flagship Oral Health Programme.

The role provides the programme management discipline, systems, processes, data and operational infrastructure required to translate the global EHW strategy into consistent, measurable and sustainable delivery. Working across functions, regions and markets, the role coordinates programme owners, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered to agreed scope, quality, budget, timelines and outcomes.

Based in London and reporting to the Global Head of Employee Health and Wellbeing, the role has a strong execution focus. The postholder will establish clear delivery plans, maintain momentum, resolve dependencies and risks, and provide transparent reporting on progress, performance and value.

Key Responsibilities

Wellbeing Programme Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Haleon’s global portfolio of employee wellbeing programmes.
  • Lead the mobilisation, implementation and ongoing delivery of the Oral Health Programme, working with internal subject matter experts, regional teams, sites and external partners.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear programme plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership and success measures.
  • Coordinate global and local activation, ensuring programmes are scalable, inclusive and appropriately adapted for different markets.
  • Maintain a consolidated programme roadmap and delivery calendar across all wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure programmes move from design to implementation at pace, with disciplined follow-through and closure of agreed actions.

Programme Management

  • Establish and maintain robust programme governance, including plans, status reporting, decision logs, risk and issue management, dependencies and change control.
  • Lead cross-functional programme teams and working groups, creating clarity on roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Monitor delivery against scope, milestones, budget and expected outcomes, escalating material risks and decisions promptly.
  • Prepare clear programme updates, papers and recommendations for governance forums and senior stakeholders.
  • Apply consistent programme management standards, tools and templates across the EHW portfolio.

Data, Metrics and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain a coherent measurement framework for EHW programmes, including participation, reach, outcomes, experience, equity and value measures.
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, analysis and reporting of programme data from internal teams, markets, systems and vendors.
  • Produce regular dashboards and performance reports for EHW leadership, governance forums and key stakeholders.
  • Use data and insight to identify delivery gaps, emerging trends and opportunities to improve programme effectiveness.
  • Ensure metrics are clearly defined, consistently applied and supported by appropriate data governance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
