The Opportunity

A leading global banking organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Listening Strategy & Vendor Review Manager to support a high-profile transformation programme focused on shaping the future of Employee Listening and Dialogue.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, technology, and stakeholder management. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead two key workstreams: the development of a future Employee Listening and Dialogue operating model, and the review of employee listening technology solutions through a structured vendor assessment and RFI process.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a seasoned Project or Programme Manager who can bring structure to complex initiatives, engage effectively with senior stakeholders, and drive tangible outcomes at pace.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Listening Strategy & Governance

  • Support the development and formalisation of the Employee Listening and Dialogue strategy.
  • Coordinate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and consultation activities.
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, decisions, and recommendations.
  • Help shape governance frameworks, operating models, policies, standards, and ways of working.
  • Translate strategic discussions into practical delivery plans and implementation roadmaps.
  • Produce high-quality presentations, executive papers, and briefing materials.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
