We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our People & Culture Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping workplace culture, supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters, and helping create a fair, inclusive and high-performing organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters.
  • Provide expert, pragmatic advice to managers on complex people issues.
  • Support investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Coach managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams.
  • Help drive positive employee experiences while ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.

About You

  • Experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisory or HR Casework role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
