Employee Relations Advisor | Europe | Part-Time | Remote
Salary: £45k - £55k FTE
Hours: 20 per week - can be taken flexibly
An exciting opportunity to join a growing global organisation as an Employee Relations Advisor, supporting employee relations across multiple European markets.
This role is ideal for an HR/ER professional with experience navigating European employment legislation, consultation processes, and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ER advice and support across European countries
- Advise stakeholders on local employment laws and procedures
- Support consultation and employee relations processes
- Prepare documentation and governance materials
- Maintain accurate and confidential ER records
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and local management

About You:
- Experience in Employee Relations across Europe
- Strong knowledge of local employment legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
- Experience within an international organisation preferred
