Employee Relations Advisor

I am delighted to be working with a highly regarded organisation in Bath to help them recruit an experienced Employee Relations professional to join their people team in a specialist ER role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong ER expertise with an empathetic approach and thrives when supporting managers through complex and sensitive people matters.

You'll be highly organised, comfortable working within established processes, confident analysing data and trends, and able to remain resilient when managing challenging conversations and stakeholders.

  • Strong Employee Relations experience and employment law knowledge
  • A calm, empathetic and solution-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with HR data and identifying trends
  • The resilience to navigate complex and sensitive employee issues
  • The ability to coach and influence managers at all levels
