Employee Relations Advisor
Glasgow - Predominantly Home-Based

We're partnering with a well-established, multi-site organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to join a collaborative People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace and variety of ER, partnering with managers to navigate complex people matters while delivering a positive colleague experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a broad range of employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Coaching and advising managers on employee relations issues and employment legislation.
- Supporting investigations, hearings and formal processes.
- Working closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across the business.
- Using people insight to help drive fair, consistent and commercially sound decisions.

We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confidence managing complex ER cases independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound commercial judgement.
