Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Department: People & HR

Office Location: Guildhall

Salary: £45,650 - £50,860 inclusive of all allowances

Contractual hours: 35

Hours of Work/Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 5:00pm.

Basis: Full -Time, Fixed Term Contract (12 month Mat Cover)

One day you may be supporting a sensitive grievance or sickness absence case; the next, coordinating an employment tribunal bundle, researching a legal update, improving case data or contributing to a change project.

What you’ll bring
