Employee Relations Advisor
Initial 6 month FTC
Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in Warwick
Salary Circa £45,000 per annum
We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our Case Management team, providing timely, professional advice and guidance to managers across a wide range of ER policies and processes.
What You’ll Do
As an ER Advisor, you’ll:
- Deliver expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness absence, discrimination, bullying & harassment, and other ER matters.
- Coach and support managers through informal and formal processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Oversee investigation processes, ensuring reports are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to ensure wellbeing and pastoral care throughout case management.
- Support administrative tasks including documentation, SharePoint updates, and tribunal preparation.
- Facilitate ER training sessions and contribute to policy development and improvement projects.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of employment law and ER policies.
- Experience advising stakeholders at all levels with confidence and clarity.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience of working with Trade Unions

Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
