Location: Chatham / Hybrid

Salary: £39,053 per annum

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to March 2027

Huntress Search Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant - Absence Lead to join a public sector organisation in Medway.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced ER/HR professional to take a lead role in absence management, supporting managers with complex cases and helping to embed new absence policies, processes and best practice.

You will also provide advice and guidance across a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and ill-health cases, as well as supporting managers through formal processes.

We're looking for someone with solid Employee Relations experience, a good understanding of UK employment legislation and the confidence to advise and coach managers at all levels. CIPD or equivalent HR experience would be advantageous.
