Step into a high-impact ER leadership role
I'm looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager / Lead to join a growing ER & Policy function within a leading global organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on complex, high-risk ER casework, while playing a key role in shaping ER strategy, supporting senior stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the people function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end management of complex and sensitive ER cases
- Acting as an escalation point, coaching and supporting ER specialists
- Partnering with HR and the business to manage risk and ensure best practice
- Supporting restructures and redundancy projects, including planning and delivery
- Using data and insights to identify trends and improve ER outcomes
- Driving continuous improvement across ER processes and governance
- Contributing to ER & Policy projects that support cultural and organisational change
- Supporting the development and review of HR policies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in employee relations and employment law
- Proven experience handling complex, high-risk casework
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and challenge
- Passion for coaching and developing others
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using ER data and insights
- Highly organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Salary: circa £70,000
