Employee Relations Manager
Length: 6 months
Rate: between £500 - £625/day
Location: City of London

Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a global insurance firm undergoing an exciting People transformation and are looking for an interim Employee Relations Manager to work with the wider HR team. This is a hands-on role focused on managing a UK and international ER caseload while helping streamline policies, processes, and ways of working across a multi-region business.

- Manage a varied ER caseload across the UK and International offices
- Lead investigations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and conduct matters
- Provide practical ER advice to HR and senior stakeholders
- Review and update HR policies in line with new employment legislation
- Support the rollout of a shared services operating model
- Identify opportunities to improve and simplify ER processes (e.g. PIPs and case handling)
Skills and Experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience with end-to-end case management within Financial Services or Professional Services
- Solid employment law knowledge (global exposure beneficial)
- Experience working in complex or international organisations
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable managing operational ER activity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
