About the Role

We are currently working with a fantastic company within the Healthcare industry who are recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Leader to manage a busy team of HR Advisors, providing guidance and support across the business. This is a home-based position although travel to London will be required occasionally.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional to take ownership of a high-performing advisory function, acting as the contact for complex employee relations issues while also working closely with the HR Director on wider people strategy and organisational priorities.

Your role will be to lead, manage and develop the HR Advisory Team, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality HR advice across the organisation. You will be overseeing complex ER cases and provide expert guidance on matters including disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, absence, redundancy and other employment law issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
