About Clinical Partners

Clinical Partners is one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and neurodevelopmental services, delivering high-quality assessments and treatment across both NHS and private healthcare pathways.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Manager to join our People Team, leading the delivery of a high-quality employee relations service across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and evolving healthcare business where people are central to our success. As a trusted specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our colleague experience, supporting leaders to manage people matters effectively, and ensuring fair, consistent and values-led approaches to employee relations across the business.

Working closely with People Partners, senior leaders and managers, you will provide expert advice on a broad range of complex employee relations matters, balancing colleague wellbeing, operation priorities and organisational risk. You will also use insight and data to identify trends, improve processes and strengthen management capability across the organisation.

The role offers the opportunity to influence people practices during a period of continued growth, supporting organisational change, embedding best practice and helping to create a positive, high-performing culture aligned to our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a responsive, professional and values-led employee relations service across the organisation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, capability, conduct and other complex employee relations matters.
  • Support managers and leaders in resolving people issues effectively, fairly and in line with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Coach and develop management capability to promote early intervention and positive employee relations practices.
  • Use employee relations data, trends and insights to identify risks, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and support organisational change activities, including restructures, consultation processes, redundancy programmes and TUPE transfers.
  • Develop, review and maintain employee relations policies, procedures and guidance to ensure legal compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with People Partners, Legal and operational stakeholders to deliver consistent and commercially focused outcomes.
  • Support the organisation in managing employment risk, including settlement agreements, complex case management and potential tribunal matters.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and best practice, translating these into practical recommendations and actions.
  • Contribute to wider People Team projects and initiatives that enhance colleague experience and organisational effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
