Employee Relations Specialist - Contract | Inside IR35 | c. £1,000 per day
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join on an interim basis, supporting a broad range of complex and commercially sensitive employee relations matters.
This role requires an individual capable of delivering a true white-glove advisory service, partnering with senior executives and HR leadership teams across a dynamic and highly visible business environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on complex employee relations cases.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Manage high-risk grievances, disciplinaries and investigations.
- Support organisational change, restructuring and transformation activity.
- Ensure consistency, governance and best practice across ER processes.
- Assess and mitigate employment-related business risk.
- Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions to challenging people issues.

Requirements
- Significant Employee Relations experience within large, complex organisations.
- Strong employment law knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-profile cases.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting executive-level leaders.
- Strong judgement, discretion and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
